MOBILE WUDHU’ FRIENDLY (MWF)

Abstract

As a muslim, performing 5 times prayer is a pillar in Islam. Before executing the prayer, we need to purify our face, ears, feet, and arms through wudhu’. This process is easy for us, the young ones. However, for the elders especially those who are not able to move much due to their health condition, this ablution process is very painstaking and taking their times. They have to stand and walk to the bathroom, or they need to use the wheelchair to perform the ablution. With this Mobile Wudhu’ Friendly (MWF), those elders in retirement homes facing no more difficulty in performing wudhu’. By placing this MWF next to the bed or chair, the elders are at ease of purification themselves.

Product Description

With a water bottle (any size) on the top that equipped with water tap and basin at the end, Mobile Wudhu Friendly (MWF) can be strolled everywhere for elderly ablution. It is furnished with two small wheels in order to move it easily. With ergonomic design that fit the size, cognitive, physical and organizational of elders, this product really eases the elders of retirement homes in performing their ablution before prayer which they can do it on chair or bed.
