Abstract

The Covid-19 Pandemic that has struck the world in shock has implemented a new normal in our lifestyle to fight this disease. This new normal has affected every person in this world, regardless of their gender, race, or religion. As Muslims, this means we need to bring our own prayer mat in order to perform our daily prayer in public. To combat this problem, we have proposed “i-Cap: Covid-19 Compliance Cap” as a cap that could help Muslims in various ways. From the outside, it looks like a normal cap that everybody uses but it contains a twist. This ordinary-looking cap contained 3 useful gadgets; i) Prayer Mat: A prayer mat to perform a prayer on top of; ii) Smart LED Device: A small monitor that could be used to show kiblah and time and; iii) Kopiah: A hat covering that could be used while performing prayer. It is targeted to young audiences such as teenagers but it doesn’t stop other audiences in any range of age and gender to also use this product.
