BE HEALTHY ZIKIR GRIP EXERCISE (ZIGE)
Be Healthy Zikir Grip Exercise (ZiGE) is doing zikir
while doing hand gripping exercise. ZiGE is to enable a person to do zikir and
physical exercise at the same time, thus saving time for a person. ZiGE is done
by using an adjustable hand gripper with a counter, while doing the zikir. Normally
a zikir is counted either by using a person’s fingers, a tasbih or a counter.
Furthermore, normally a hand gripping exercise is done not with a zikir, thus a
person will need to give more time to do a zikir and a gripping exercise, which
may result in a person choosing not to do either a zikir or a gripping
exercise. ZiGE enable a zikir to be counted using an adjustable hand gripper
with a counter. The combination of zikir and gripping exercise at the same time
will benefit the spiritual health and the physical health. Gripping exercise helps to improve blood pressure. ZiGE can be a waqaf for the ummah. The ummah will be
motivated to do a zikir and a hand grip exercise at any time or any place for
his health with ZiGE.
