Background

International Shariah Compliant Idea, Invention, Innovation and Design Expo (ISCIIID) 2021 is a consequent event of the previous serie in 2014 and 2016. It is an exposition and a competition to expose and share idea, invention, innovation or design recognition with the enhancement of Shariah Compliant endorsement. This shariah compliant-based concept of exposition and competition is the first organized in Malaysia. The researchers, inventors, innovators and designers are welcomed to join the exposition, for the purpose of introducing innovative idea and products, as well as for further global recognition by the authority and experts team.

This event is intentionally innitiated to flourish the culture of research, inventing and producing usable products, instead of teoritical or conseptual findings, especially in Islamic studies field. This would be as well as recognizer or authoritative platform to endorse the product invented, or innovative idea which are potential to be commercialized for public market. It is hoped that this will be good platform to provide opportunity to share, explore, exhibit, manipulate or intertwine the theories and practical findings that can be globally commercialized, within shariah compliance.

This event becomes outstanding from other competition for it is organized by the combination of academic and research institution, industry, goverment authorities and authoritative halal bodies. This 3rd version of ISCIIID 2021 will be organized by the Academy of Contemporary Islamic Studies UiTM with cooperation of ICEPS UITM, CORE UiTM
